Do we share your personal data?
We do not share your personal data from the Big Pedal website with third parties, except for those carefully selected third party processors necessary to deliver the Big Pedal website or information you have requested and with prize sponsors for the purposes of administering prizes.
Anonymous data about Big Pedal may be seen my third parties, such as your local authority, through accounts for external Big Pedal promoters on the Big Pedal website but personal data will not be shared.
Within Sustrans your personal data is only accessible by those required to provide you with the Big Pedal services.
What do your rights look like in practice?
You may access your personal data at any time by logging in to the Big Pedal website and visiting ‘My Settings’.
If any of your details change or need correcting, then you can edit these in your account or contact us to have these corrected by emailing email@example.com. You can also ask for your account to be deactivated or deleted.
You may opt-out of any marketing communications at any time, by clicking on the unsubscribe link in emails.
If you are unhappy with our use of your personal data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We would encourage you to contact us in the first instance so we can attempt to resolve any concerns.
